About the Position: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Litigation Lawyer to build their career while working on a wide variety of high-quality matters in a culture that promotes connection and support. You’ll manage a caseload that includes: Family provision and will disputes Contested probate and letters of administration Executor, trustee, and beneficiary disputes Breach of fiduciary duty and trust matters Appearances across WA courts and tribunals The environment is dynamic, with collaboration between teams and regular firm-wide events to keep everyone engaged, supported, and connected.
